I am designing and creating jewelry, I live and operate in northern Israel in Ein Hod's artists village
I have been jeweler for 18 years that I started as a girl who plays in metals and continued with a bachelor's degree in the department of anticipation at the Academic College of Design and Engineering "Shankar"
My attraction to the jewelery field comes from a family whose roots are deep in the arts.
My father ran the department of anticipation at the "Bezalel" academy for 17 years, and has been honored with traditional techniques and technology. My mother, a ceramic artist originally, conveyed her talents to the jewelry she creates and approached her work in creativity and intuition - contrary to my father's scholarly views, "that the book should be worn."
I find my art between these two worlds. I combine classic techniques with contemporary technologies and unconventional styles, a merger I call: Modern ancient
My Designs...
...are influenced by nature, different cultures, and my travels.
For example, one of my earlier collections drew inspiration from the works of a Japanese artist.
The way I play with colors and shapes in my latest designs can be traced to other cultural motifs.
I also enjoy using all kinds of unusual patterns that you haven’t seen before, paying a lot of attention to small and delicate details.
